Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Dholigram (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the Dholigram mobile app, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can get it deleted. It applies to the app and to this website.
In short: we collect your phone number so you can sign in, whatever you choose to put on your profile, the content you post, and how you use the app so the feed can be personalised. We do not sell your data. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from this page or from Settings in the app.
1. Who we are
Dholigram is a short-video social app for creators in India. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@mossmize.com.
2. What we collect

| Profile details: name, username, bio, profile photo, interests | To create your public profile. Everything here except your phone number is visible to other users, and you choose what to provide. |
| Content you post: videos, photos, captions, comments, stories, messages | To show your content in the app and to the people you share it with. |
| Activity: what you watch, for how long, likes, saves, follows, skips | To rank your feed and stop showing you the same reel twice. You can clear this at any time with “Reset recommendations” in Settings. |
| Rewards activity: coins earned and spent, daily activity counts, payout requests | To run the coin balance, apply daily limits, and process a payout when you request one. |
| Technical data: IP address, approximate region, app version, device type | To keep the service secure, prevent abuse of the rewards system, and diagnose problems. |
What we do not collect
- Precise GPS location.
- Your contacts or address book.
- Payment card details. Payouts are made to details you supply when requesting one.
- Anything from other apps on your device.
3. How we use it
- To create and secure your account, and to sign you in.
- To show your content and deliver a personalised feed.
- To operate the coin and payout system, including its daily limits.
- To detect fraud and abuse, particularly attempts to earn coins dishonestly.
- To respond to you when you contact support or report content.
- To meet legal obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own use.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes below.

| YouTube / Google | Some videos in the app are played through YouTube’s embedded player. When one plays, YouTube receives the request directly and its own privacy policy applies. |
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect the safety of our users.
5. Where your data is stored
Data is stored on servers operated by the providers above, which may be located outside India. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on our providers’ contractual safeguards to protect it.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and content: until you delete your account.
- OTP records: deleted automatically shortly after the code expires.
- Watch history: until you reset recommendations or delete your account.
- Payout and transaction records: retained after account deletion where we are required to keep financial records, in a form no longer linked to your profile.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access and correct: view and edit your profile in the app at any time.
- Delete: delete your account and its data from Settings in the app, or from this page without installing the app.
- Reset personalisation: clear what the recommender has learned from Settings.
- Control notifications: turn them off in Settings or in your device’s system settings.
- Ask us anything: email privacy@mossmize.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. One-time passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and sign-in tokens expire and can be revoked. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we keep in the first place.
9. Children
Dholigram is not intended for anyone under 13, and you must be old enough to consent to this policy in your country. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, email privacy@mossmize.com and we will remove it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app when the change is significant.
