These terms are the agreement between you and Dholigram for use of the Dholigram app and this website. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who can use Dholigram
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- You need a working mobile number to verify your account.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
- If we have previously removed your account, you may not create another without our permission.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure. Tell us at support@mossmize.com if you think someone else is using it.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app or from this page. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it has already been shared with others.
You confirm that you have the right to post what you post, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
4. Rules of conduct
You may not post or do any of the following on Dholigram:
- Sexually explicit content, nudity, or content that sexualises minors in any way.
- Violence, gore, or content that promotes or glorifies self-harm.
- Hate speech or harassment targeting people for who they are.
- Content that promotes illegal activity, or the sale of regulated goods.
- Someone else’s copyrighted work that you have no right to use.
- Impersonating another person, brand or organisation.
- Spam, scams, or misleading content.
- Automated access, scraping, or any attempt to manipulate the feed, view counts or the rewards system.
Reporting and moderation
Every post and account can be reported from within the app, and you can block any account so you no longer see it. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or remove an account. Where we can, we tell you what happened and why.
5. Coins and rewards
Dholigram has a rewards programme where you earn coins for activity such as daily check-ins, watching reels and completing tasks. Please read this section carefully.
- Coins are not money. They have no cash value on their own, are not a currency, and are not stored value. They are a loyalty balance we maintain in your account.
- Coins cannot be bought. There is no way to purchase coins, and they cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
- There is no gambling. Coins are earned for activity we define. There is no wager, no element of chance, and nothing to stake.
- Daily limits apply. How much can be earned each day is capped, and those caps may change.
- We can adjust balances. If coins were earned through fraud, automation, or a bug, we may remove them and restrict the account.
- The programme can change or end. We may modify or discontinue coins at any time. If we end the programme we will give reasonable notice so pending payouts above the threshold can be requested.
Payouts
Once your balance passes the published threshold you can request a payout. Requests are reviewed manually before being paid. We may decline a request, or ask for verification, where we suspect the balance was not earned legitimately. Any taxes on amounts you receive are your responsibility.
6. Advertising
The app contains advertising, and some of it is marked as sponsored. Rewards are only given for advertising formats that permit it. We do not pay you for viewing ordinary in-feed advertisements.
7. Third-party content
Some videos are played through third-party services such as YouTube’s embedded player. That content belongs to whoever created it, and their own terms apply when it plays.
8. Availability
We provide Dholigram as it is. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and features may change or be removed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Dholigram is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or data, or for content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Dholigram and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we are legally required to. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as content licences already granted and limitations of liability, continue to apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do we will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use Dholigram after a change means you accept the updated terms.
